Fair Care, founded by local educator and innovator Roxanne Pignanelli, is Pueblo’s new emergency learning shelter program offering essential workers and their families a safety net. This program provides meals, learning supervision, and play while they do their schoolwork remotely at designated locations throughout Pueblo while parents continue to work.
